To help us grow, we seek a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our commercial team in Leuven, Belgium. The incumbent will be critical in providing marketing and web design that will reach our international footprint. Job Purpose

Develop high-quality marketing materials and maintain/update our WordPress website by combining graphic design expertise with technical WordPress skills.

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities

• Internal
  • Graphic Design:
    • Design and create print and digital marketing materials
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs aligned with brand guidelines.
  • WordPress Management:
    • Update and maintain the company WordPress site, ensuring all content is current, functional, and visually engaging.
    • Implement design updates and enhancements, including page layouts, navigation, and branding elements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues on the site.
    • Collaborate with developers for more complex WordPress functionality when needed.
• Innovation and learning
  • Optimize web content for performance and SEO best practices.

Required Qualification

• Advance Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related

Required Experience

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and web projects.

Recommendations

• Experience in SEO and performance optimization for WordPress websites.
• Knowledge of motion design or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure website performance.

Special requirement

• Must hold EU citizenship.
• Willingness to travel internationally
• The successful applicant will be able to work remotely but must be able to travel to the Leuven, Belgium offices from time to time, when required.

Required Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar platforms like Canva/Figma.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including:
  • Working knowledge of themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery).
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website functionality.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and branding guidelines.
• Fluent in English.
