Job Description

Manage Simera Sense’s online and digital marketing platforms with the primary objective of optimizing exposure and maximizing the capturing of inbound customers.

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities

• Execute the growth strategy.
• Execute the marketing strategy.
• Develop and manage inbound and outbound budgets.
• Manage exposure reach by establishing brand awareness through planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Manage exposure efficiency by bringing visitors to online content and sharing targeted information.
• Measure exposure reach and efficiency by evaluating end-to-end customer experience, identifying critical exposure and drop-off points, optimizing prospect funnels, and identifying short-term and long-range issues to be addressed.
• Design, build, and maintain a digital media presence.
• Identify new ways of capturing target markets and reporting on channel efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Digital Marketing or related field
• Experience in planning, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of a digital market communication mix.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and prospect funnels.
• Experience with multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Office 365)
• Working knowledge of WordPress and related website maintenance tools.
