Account Manager

Simera Sense is fast becoming a leading mid to high-resolution earth observation camera supplier for CubeSats and small satellites. Our optical payload products aim to offer complete space imaging solutions for small satellites with plans to expand. Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks through the project execution, including, but not limited to:
    • Generating and maintaining contract folders and storage repositories for clients.
    • Generating and maintaining contract documentation.
    • Preparing for and hosting contract reviews.
  • Liaising with the different departments to ensure the project is executed correctly, risks are managed and mitigated, and all client information is provided.
  • Prepare for, attend, and host client meetings.
  • Answer and manage all queries posed by clients.
  • Manage product returns, repairs, and replacements the same way a contract would be managed.
  • Manage contract risks according to the company risk management process.
  • Ensure export licenses are applied for all relevant products in the contract.
  • Gather insight from clients and contracts to feed into processes and products.
  • Manage the close-out of contracts to capture the lessons learned from the contracts.
  • Travel for conferences or for client visits from time to time.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years in account management, contract management, or client technical support for high-technology products.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in the management of accounts or contracts or a similar role is preferred.
  • Prior work experience in the aerospace industry is highly desirable.
